- Membership from 1 July – 30
June annually.
- Membership accounts are posted in July and are payable by 30 September annually.
- All registration/cancellation of membership and changes to address details must be given in writing.

- Pro-rata amounts applicable to new members depending on the month of application.
- Payment terms – cash/cheque/deposit/electronic bank transfer/debit order. No credit card facilities.
